Almost everyone of EXIT Realty Bitterroot Valley’s then 27 agents participated at various events in the three communities in which the Brokerage offices are located selling tickets for Habitat for Humanity (HfH) of Ravalli County’s 2nd Annual BBQ Bash as well as the draw for an ATV. The BBQ Bash was held at Sleeping Child Farm, the site use donated by Max and Tina Coleman, Broker/Owners of EXIT Realty Bitterroot Valley. A beautiful setting, great live music and incredible food awaited those who attended. Manning the BBQ were David Haywood and Max Coleman, President and Vice-President, respectively, of the HfH Board of Directors. Famous local caterer, Mary Gehl, donated her time preparing all the delicious side dishes. HfH’s current Stevi build and next Darby build partner families helped with serving food and parking. Nashville 406 provided the live music. Their toe tapping renditions of classic and modern country got folks out of their chairs and up dancing!
There are a lot of perks living in Big Sky Country. On of those great perks is being able to recreate on the state's rivers and streams. The state legislature made a great move in securing access to treasured fishing and floating for the public through the 1985 Montana Stream Access Law.
Annual Community Shredding Event This past Saturday, EXIT Realty Bitterroot Valley hosted a ‘Shred the Word’ event in its parking lot at 99 Marcus St in Hamilton. The large shredding truck from Tear It Up loaded the private documents of local residents into its hopper and shredded it all in no time.

St. Mary Peak is a great day hike for anyone wanting to see the grand expanse of the Bitterrroot Valley. The trail head is approximately 20 road miles west of Stevensville, Montana and starts at the end of Forest Service Road 739.
EXIT Realty Montana Participates in Blitz Build Stevensville, Montana was the site this past weekend of Habitat for Humanity’s newest home build. This build was unique in that the shell of the home was completed in a three day blitz build. The lumber was donated by the Montana Lumber Association. All the pre-cutting was completed by the School of Technology carpentry students in Missoula. In addition to providing volunteers, EXIT Realty Montana fed all volunteers over the three day build.
Habitat for Humanity Thanks Its Volunteers On Saturday, April 11th, Habitat for Humanity held its first Volunteer Appreciation Banquet at the Bitterroot Inn in Hamilton. The evening was very successful.
Saturday, May 17th was a very special day for one family in Stevensville, Montana. With Habitat for Humanity Board Members, Volunteers, EXIT Realty Bitterroot Valley REALTORS® and members of the community looking on, Belia, Tejal and Dasen Velasco-Coombes took possession of the keys to their new home. “It is a very emotional day,” said mom, Belia. After the dedication, the neighboring Senior’s Center opened its doors for a celebration lunch. Creating a truly community based event, many Senior’s brought potluck items for the meal. EXIT Realty Montana Celebrates Success At its recent annual convention in Nashville, TN, EXIT Realty International paid homage to its top producing agents. Among the recipients were five realtors from EXIT Realty Montana. “These agents were all Bronze Award recipients meaning that they each closed between 25 and 49 transaction ends in one year,” said Max Coleman, Regional Owner of EXIT Realty Montana. “Collectively, they sold over $38 million worth of property.
New Agent Fits Right Into EXIT Realty Bitterroot Valley’s Volunteer Culture One of EXIT Realty Bitterroot Valley’s new agents rolled up his sleeves and jumped right in to the Brokerage’s volunteer culture. Bob Fifield specializes in the south valley having grown up and gone to school there. When he heard that A Brush With Kindness was going to be repairing a deck in Darby, he was quick to Volunteer. Fifield joined other Habitat for Humanity volunteers to replace a rotting deck. Despite the surprise snow fall and the unseasonably cold weather, bonds were formed as the deck went down.
