Since 2019 Courtney has played a vital role in the Bitterroot Valley’s booming real estate market. Courtney’s RECORD sales in 2022 contributed to making her brokerage the #1 producing office in the Bitterroot Valley. Per sales volume, Courtney is ranked #2 in the western Montana region by Realtor.com’s referral program OpCity. After several successful years working as a real estate advisor, Courtney obtained her broker’s license in early 2023. She holds several prestigious designations including being an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR). Courtney comes from a military family. She most recently became a designated Military Relocation Professional (MRP). She enjoys working with both current and former military service members to find housing that best suits their needs while taking full advantage of their well-deserved military benefits. When Courtney saw a desperate need for teachers in her local community she decided to become a certified substitute for grades K-12 at Stevensville school. It’s not uncommon to see her in the classroom or playground! Courtney conveniently lives just a few blocks from her EXIT Realty office in downtown Stevensville. When Courtney isn’t busy helping her clients buy & sell real estate or volunteering at the school, you can find her repurposing her original 1900 Queen Victorian home.
