EXIT Realty Montana’s Own Jani Summers Shares Her Success Story
EXIT Realtors throughout North America tuned in this week to hear Top Producer, Jani Summers speak about how she has come to be so successful in such a relatively small market. Summers is a Top Producing Broker with EXIT Realty Bitterroot Valley.
“Jani was #55 in Gross Commissions Earned and #99 in Number of Ends Closed in all of EXIT Realty North America,” said Max Coleman, Regional Owner of EXIT Realty Montana. “That’s 22,000 agents and she accomplished this right here in little Hamilton, Montana! We are extremely proud of her!”
Summers’ key to success would ring true for most Montanans; a strong work ethic, integrity, compassionate care for her clients, and respect for all. She stressed a work/life balance. She encouraged agents to become involved in their communities. She praised the support she receives from her Brokerage and fellow agents.
“I was very nervous when I started speaking,” confessed Summers. “Then, I hit my groove. My true hope is that I was able to help just one agent move to build his/her business. It’s really about building relationships.”
