Nicole calls the beautiful Bitterroot Valley, of western Montana, home. She and her family moved to Montana when she was in high school, from north Florida where she spent most of her time recreating on the Gulf of Mexico. Nicole is a full time broker specializing in ranch, land and recreational sales. She has 3 passions in life; family, real estate and the outdoors. Nicole considers herself an outdoors woman partaking in much of the recreational activities Montana has to offer. Elk and deer hunting in the rugged Bitterroot Mountains as well as mountain lion hunting and snowmobiling in the winter. She enjoys taking in the tremendous scenery by horseback and 4 wheeler, pack trips on horseback and weekend team ropings. These are just a few of her favorite activities.
Nicole entered the real estate industry in 2004 quickly learning that ambition and hard work is the only way to be successful in the field. After 2 ½ years of hard work and dedication she obtained her brokers designation. Nicole brought to the profession experience in banking and lending, as well as extensive knowledge from the home building industry. She was head project manager of construction on several $500,000 to $1,000,000 homes. The time she spent in the building field taught her how to be attentive to detail from beginning to end on every project. It also taught her to go the extra mile to get the job done.
Nicole applies these principles to her real estate business as well. She believes every piece of property is unique as are the buyers and sellers of these properties. She has been successful in handling every detail along the way and her eagerness to go the extra mile to ensure all parties are pleased with their purchase or sale.
Nicole has been known to explore her recreational listings by snowmobile, 4 wheeler, horseback and hiking. By doing this she learns every detail and characteristics of the land. Therefore, she represents her listings at their full potential.
