Craig was born and raised in western Montana.  He grew up in Stevensville, fishing the Bitterroot and tributaries as well as hiking into the Bitterroot Selway wilderness and exploring the many mountain lakes and valleys. 

Craig is a second generation real estate broker in western Montana and he and his family have been intimately involved in the sale and development of real estate since 1966 in the Bitterroot.  He graduated from Duke University and was involved in the family business since returning to the valley in 1984.  He has successfully operated or been involved in insurance, financial services, real estate, oil and gas,  log home and construction businesses in Montana, North Dakota, Louisiana or Arizona over the past 30 years.  Craig has worked with many individuals and corporations to affect beneficial real estate transactions not typical of less experienced practitioners.  He has acted as an expert witness in real estate litigation as well as acted as chairman of condemnation and eminent domain actions.

Nicole calls the beautiful Bitterroot Valley home. She and her family moved from north Florida to Montana when she was in high school.  Nicole is a full time Broker specializing in residential, ranch land and recreational sales. She has 3 passions in life; family, real estate and the outdoors. Nicole considers herself an outdoors woman and participates in many of the recreational activities Montana has to offer. Elk and deer hunting in the rugged Bitterroot Mountains, boating the several lakes in western Montana, camping, and riding her two horses Tom and Whizard. These are just a few of her favorite activities she enjoys with her husband and daughter.

Nicole entered the real estate industry in 2004 quickly learning that ambition and hard work are the only way to be successful in the field. In 2006, after 2 ½ years of hard work and dedication, she obtained her Broker license. In 2008 Nicole was EXIT Realty’s Top Dollar Producer. Nicole also has experience in banking and lending, as well as extensive knowledge from the home building industry. She was head project manager of construction on several $500,000 to $1,000,000 homes. A native Montanan originally from Dillon, Shelley Cole moved to the Bitterroot in 1998 with her husband Brooks. Shelley graduated from the University of Montana-Western in 1994 with a BLS Degree in Business Administration, Communications and Human Resource Management coupled with a Tourism and Recreation Degree. After some traveling, Brooks and Shelley found their way to the beautiful Bitterroot Valley where they built their first home in 1998. They have successfully operated Brooks Cole Construction Inc. since 2000 and have won several awards for their home designs and staging.

Through personal and professional experience, Shelley has intimate knowledge of buying and selling homes, buying and selling bare land, real estate development and new construction. She is a certified Workforce Housing Specialist which enables her to concretely demonstrate her commitment to helping first-time homebuyers locate and utilize the multitude of housing programs to achieve the American Dream of homeownership.
